Dr. Jonathan Fish is an internal medicine physician with nearly 30 years of experience caring for patients in Howard County. Born and raised in the Philadelphia suburbs, he brings a practical, down-to-earth approach to medicine shaped by both his training and his roots.
He completed his undergraduate studies at Harvard University before earning his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College. He went on to train at the University of Maryland, where he built a strong foundation in comprehensive adult care.
Dr. Fish has a special interest in cardiometabolic health and prevention, with a focus on helping patients stay ahead of chronic conditions through thoughtful, personalized care. He believes in taking the time to listen, explaining things clearly, and working with patients to make realistic, sustainable decisions about their health.
Over the years, he has built long-term relationships with his patients and takes pride in being a steady, trusted presence in their care.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Fish is a long-suffering Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family—both of which help keep him grounded and (mostly) patient.
